A clear, personal approach.

When you get in touch

The form asks for your name, city and preferred contact details. Project notes, interests and a device shortlist are optional. Your enquiry is stored in a private inbox accessible to the site owner, so I can review it and reply. Sending a form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Please do not send passwords, door codes, payment information or other sensitive household details.

Storage and access

This site and its enquiry storage use the hosting infrastructure provided through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. Their infrastructure processes requests to deliver and protect the service. Messages remain in my private inbox until deleted; I use them to handle your enquiry and any related follow-up.

The form does not store your contact details in browser storage. Temporary, hashed request identifiers help limit automated submissions; the application does not store your raw IP address in its enquiry database. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs.

Preferences on this device

The device shortlist and saved demo settings may use your browser’s local storage. They stay on that device until you clear them. Shortlisted device IDs are included with an enquiry only when you submit the form.

This website does not add advertising trackers or a third-party analytics script. Signing in to the private owner inbox uses ChatGPT authentication.

Links to other websites

Event registration happens on Luma. Manufacturer, publication and credential links open other websites with their own privacy practices. The interactive smart-home demo is a simulation and does not connect to your devices or cameras.

Questions or deletion requests

Use the contact form to ask about an enquiry or request correction or deletion. Include the enquiry reference if you have it. I may need to verify the request before changing contact information.
